公司持有以下资质证书，其中质量管理、环境管理与职业健康安全管理三体系认证的覆盖范围均为"冷库板、冷库门的生产"，即自有生产环节已纳入体系管理。所有证书信息按原件逐项录入，可提供加盖公章的复印件用于资质预审。
The certificates below were transcribed from the originals. The quality, environmental and occupational health & safety systems all cover in-house production of cold-room panels and doors. Certified copies can be provided for prequalification.
营业执照
Business Licence
经营范围：冷库、冷库板、冷库门，机电设备、制冷设备、厨具设备、食品机械、金属制品生产销售及安装；五金电料销售及安装；聚氨酯原料销售；普通货物仓储、运输（不含危险化学品）。
Scope: manufacture, sale and installation of cold rooms, panels and doors, mechanical and refrigeration equipment; hardware and electrical materials; polyurethane raw materials; general warehousing and transport (excluding hazardous chemicals).

冷库板与冷库门的自有生产环节纳入质量管理体系，板材与门的质量一致性有制度保障。

中国冷库安装服务企业资质证书（一级）
China Cold Store Installation Service Qualification (Grade I)
该证书的服务内容写明为"全国范围内的冷库安装服务"，外地项目可正常承接与施工。
The certificate covers cold store installation services nationwide, so out-of-province projects are supported.
提示：证书有效期内获证组织须按规定接受年度监督审核以保持证书有效性。如需核验，可按证书上标注的公示平台查询，或联系本司索取原件扫描件。
Note: certificate validity is maintained through annual surveillance audits. Verification can be made via the public platforms shown on each certificate.
