造价由库容与净高、温区、保温板厚度、机组形式与品牌、库门数量、场地与安装条件共同决定。同样面积的库，因温区（保鲜 0 ℃ 与冻藏 -18 ℃）和配置不同，造价可能相差很大，因此"每平米多少钱"很难有统一答案。建议先明确用途与温区，再由工程师按方案给出报价。
Cost is driven by volume and clear height, temperature band, panel thickness, unit type and brand, number of doors, and site conditions. Two rooms of the same floor area can differ greatly in price depending on whether they hold produce at 0 C or frozen goods at -18 C, so a single price-per-square-metre figure is rarely meaningful.

工期取决于库容、温区、设备交期与现场条件。中小型冷库通常在方案与设备确认后按约定周期进场施工；大型或多间库项目需要分阶段推进。具体工期在方案确认阶段给出书面计划。
Duration depends on capacity, temperature band, equipment lead time and site readiness. Small and medium rooms are usually built on an agreed schedule once the design and equipment are confirmed; larger multi-room projects are phased. A written schedule is issued with the proposal.
气调库在保鲜库基础上增加了气密库体、气密门与气调设备（降氧、脱除 CO₂、气体监测），核心是维持低氧环境以延缓果蔬成熟。是否能后期加装，取决于现有库体的气密性——保温板本身不等于气密层，多数普通库需要改造库体接缝与更换气密门，因此建议在设计阶段就确定是否预留气调条件。
CA storage adds an airtight envelope, airtight doors and atmosphere equipment (oxygen reduction, CO2 scrubbing, gas monitoring) on top of a fresh-keeping room. Retrofit feasibility depends on the existing envelope: panels alone are not a vapour barrier, so most standard rooms need joint upgrading and airtight doors. Plan for it at design stage where possible.
