Panels and doors are foamed in the same batch so dimensions are matched once; cabinets and stainless kitchen equipment arrive on the same schedule. One fewer supplier means one fewer layer of tolerance error and after-sales wrangling.
Range 1 · Cold Room Projects
Professional installation of freezers, chillers, CA fresh-keeping rooms and blast-freezing plant of every size — taken end-to-end from design and fabrication to construction, commissioning, maintenance and retrofit.
The usual choice for produce, eggs, milk and short-cycle ingredients. We keep temperature swing and humidity tightly controlled to slow water loss and wilting.
The workhorse for canteens and food processors. Chill and freezer can be split into separate compartments to stop odour cross-talk and temperature interference.
Product passes quickly through the zone of maximum ice-crystal growth, forming fine crystals that keep juices in after thawing — built for continuous batch production.
CA rooms adjust the atmosphere to stretch produce shelf life; pharmaceutical rooms are fitted with monitoring and out-of-range alarms to drug-storage rules.
Range 2 · Produced In-House
Annual capacity of 100,000 m² of panels, 1,000 doors and 5,000 cabinets comes from the plant expansion completed in 2019. One factory, dimensions matched in a single pass.
Continuously foamed in-plant with a high closed-cell ratio for strong insulation. Tongue-and-groove joints go together tightly and panels can be dismantled, relocated and reused.
Door leaves are foamed in the same batch as the panels, so gaskets seat tightly. Internal emergency-release hardware is standard to meet safe-use requirements.
Everyday equipment for canteen kitchens and retail stores. Stainless interiors clean up easily, and worktop sizes and capacities are made to order.

Beyond the room envelope, we can supply refrigeration units, kitchen equipment and consumables too — cutting the coordination cost of dealing with many suppliers.
Condensing units, unit coolers, compressors and electrical controls supplied as a matched set, selected on room volume and temperature to balance capex against running cost.
Boxing is the north's commercial-kitchen manufacturing base. Ranges, steamers, worktables, ventilation and food machinery can be supplied and installed in the same job.
We also trade polyurethane raw materials, sell and install hardware and electrical fittings, and offer general-goods warehousing and transport.
