How We Work

From a single cabinet to a full cold room, the process stays transparent: see the site first, then the proposal — price stated once, in full.

  1. Requirement review

    We confirm the goods to be stored, temperatures, receiving frequency and budget range, then shortlist room type and specification.

  2. Site survey

    We measure on site and check power supply, drainage and access, and assess floor loading and insulation conditions.

  3. Proposal & quote

    Room layout, equipment list and a detailed quotation — material brands, thicknesses and lead time written out once, clearly.

  4. In-plant production

    Panels, doors and cabinets are made to drawing in our Boxing plant, with dimension re-checks and surface inspection before dispatch.

  5. Installation & commissioning

    Our crew installs on site, then runs pull-down and temperature-uniformity tests and hands over operating instructions.

  6. Service & retrofit

    Equipment files and regular call-backs are set up; repairs, maintenance, expansion and energy retrofits stay with us long-term.

Canteen cold rooms: chill and freezer as separate compartments, planned around the kitchen workflow

A canteen cold room is less about refrigeration capacity than about flow: receiving, holding, prep and serving must run in sequence, and door swings must not fight the worktables. We divide chill and freezer compartments to the kitchen's actual dimensions, pick panel thickness for the room temperature, and supply stainless equipment — cabinets, worktables — from the same order, cutting the rework and waiting that come from juggling multiple contractors.
